- Occupancy 2 adults: $150.00/night
- Occupancy 4 adults: $180.00/night
- Each additional adult: $15.00
- Extra cleaning fee for pets: $30.00 (pets not allowed in winter)
- Holiday weekends require minimum 2 night reservation.

- Seasonal riverfront: $ 1400.00
- Seasonal Non-Riverfront: $ 1100.00
- Tent, nightly: $ 30.00
